From 29 September to 1 October 2026, the European Commission is organising the event: 5 Years EU Cancer Mission: Stronger Through Connection.
This event starts from this question: What happens when Europe connects research, innovation, policies, and people around one shared goal? Significant breakthroughs for better cancer control.
Researchers, clinicians, policymakers, patients, innovators, funders and industry representatives are coming to Brussels to mark five years of the EU Cancer Mission and look at the road ahead to fully achieve its 2030 goal, alongside the Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan.
The LUCIA project will present on the first day of the event, represented by Alba Garin-Muga from VICOMTECH.
